Course Description

Our experiential learning uses a blend of lessons and case exercises to understand key contract components, best practice approaches, and good governance, to better manage contract delivery to agreed service levels and outcomes.

We recognise that people have different learning preferences, so we aim to offer various approaches.

Experiential simulation-based learning enables participants to build and apply their knowledge and skills, through an increasingly complex series of time-pressured challenges.

Our facilitator leads teams through best practices, scenario simulations, and lessons learned reviews, addressing aspects such as key terms and obligations, dependencies and risk, acceptance and performance management, managing compliance, and change control.

This course offers an intensive learning approach for individuals and teams, to build a strong understanding and practical skills in contract and performance management disciplines.

Lessons learned are also used to reinforce and evidence participant learning.

Our simulations can provide a safe environment for your team to practice using their skills and knowledge outside the workplace.

Engaging participants as teams, working together to identify and execute solutions; the experience helps to highlight the value of diverse and inclusive working.
