Course Description
This module covers an overview of the Equality Act (sec 26) legislation and explains the duties an employer needs to deliver to ensure they meet the legal duty.
It incorporates the planned upcoming legislation changes around preventative steps (due to be introduced in October 24).

Pre-requisites
Before starting this course, delegates should be familiar (at a basic level) with the concepts of the discrimination legislation as outlined in the Equality Act 2010.
