Course Description

This intensive workshop uses a unique maturity model, coaching prompts and exercises to help leaders create a Transformation Plan and Change approach for Procurement and Supply Chain functions.

We recognise that leading value-add Procurement and Supply Chain functions needs a structured approach and strong engagement.

Using our maturity assessment model and tools, participants assess their current Procurement and Supply Chain capability, understand key issues and challenges, identify a desired target state to meet the organisation’s needs, and build a change plan to develop their people, culture, processes, and tools for the future.

Our workshop can provide a safe environment for individuals to build their leadership skills and knowledge outside the workplace.

Participants can work individually or as teams, to identify and execute solutions, with stage reviews to support peer learning.
