Course Description

Our experiential learning uses a blend of lessons and simulation exercises to understand, plan and execute business continuity using best practice approaches and good governance to maintain key business operations and services.

We recognise that people have different learning preferences, so we aim to offer various approaches. Our simulation scenarios and materials can provide a safe environment for your team to practice preparing Business Continuity management outside the workplace.

Our facilitator leads teams through best practices using example materials and scenarios, addressing aspects such as identifying key operations and services, potential threats and impacts, recovery levels and outcomes, regular testing, and execution.

Experiential simulation-based learning enables participants to build and apply their knowledge and skills.

This workshop is structured to offer an intensive learning approach for individuals and teams, to build a strong understanding
and practical skills in business continuity management disciplines.

Lessons learned are also used to reinforce and evidence participant learning.

Engaging participants as teams, working together to identify and execute solutions; this experience helps to highlight the value of diverse and inclusive working.

Target Student

Personnel responsible for business continuity planning and management, including testing the plan supports key business needs.

Post-event support is available to build and test business continuity management.
