Course Description
The Green Belt course is a 5 or 10 days dependent on previous project management experience. The training is divided up into 5 day sections. This allows the attendees who attend to be taught the rights skills at the right time in their project. The course utilises a simulation, which they can use to apply the new skills learned to improve the process. There is a balanced mix of learning styles utilised in the course ensuring all attendees have the opportunity to learn in a way they find easiest.
The Green Belt course is taught around DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control), which is the Six Sigma project cycle. The course focuses on Lean Sigma techniques and principles as well the soft skills, which are needed to deliver any type of change.
Target Student
The course is designed for those who work in a business role and would like to make improvements to their day to day processes or for business analysts who would like to learn practical skills which will help them in their project work.

Accreditation
Delegates must demonstrate that they have applied the training to a real life environment by presenting a storyboard to our trainer who will then ask various questions testing delegate™s experience.
Delegates will also be required to sit a 25 questions multiple choice exam.
