Course Description

This one day workshop provides a base-­level introduction to Agile and a full insight into the principles and details of methods beneath the Agile umbrella, such as Scrum and eXtreme Programming. Delegates  will leave the workshop understanding Agile values, practices and understand what it takes to implement Agile successfully.
