Course Description

This course is for anyone who would like a better understanding of mental health conditions and aims to raise awareness of mental health, and to understand and recognise the causes, symptoms and support options for a range of common and less-common mental health problems.

Target Student

Managers, team leaders, HR professionals, and anyone who wants to better understand mental health in the workplace and learn how to support colleagues or team members experiencing mental health challenges.
