Course Description

This half-day workshop equips managers and team leaders with the skills and confidence to identify and address unacceptable employee behaviour in the workplace. Through discussion and practical exercises, participants will explore what drives behaviour, learn to communicate assertively, and develop the ability to hold difficult conversations and deliver effective feedback – ensuring issues are addressed early, fairly, and with confidence.

Line managers, team leaders, and supervisors who are responsible for managing staff and need to address unacceptable behaviour in the workplace effectively and confidently.
