Course Description
This half-day workshop provides a practical introduction to coaching skills, giving participants the tools and confidence to use coaching as a way of supporting and developing the people they work with. Through discussion, group tasks, and practical exercises, participants will learn key coaching models and techniques, and have the opportunity to practise their coaching skills in a supportive environment.
